Corto e fieno

The 11th Corto e Fieno edition opens the first week end of October in Omegna, Ameno, Miasino.


The festival brings its audience back to the cinema, in the darkness of the movie theater , in complete safety. The “Sociale “ cinema in Omegna will be the house of the festival together with other screenings,
at the toy library, at the Tornielli Museum in Ameno and Villa Nigra in Miasino.


The screenings of Corto e Fieno are still free of charge.
This year, to guarantee the toatal respect of safety measures, the seats are limited and booking is required for all the screenings.

39 films are scheduled some of them in, some others out of the competition, 14 national premiers and 22 Piedmont ones.


The lesson by Bruno Fornara, who , in the green section, makes us explore a new film of the cinema story ( always with a watchful eye on the rural world), is back. Corto e fieno is also the occasion to enjoy two free exhibitions “ Ciack and Quack”- Original plates between cinema and comics by Giovanni Nahmias ( Saturday 26 to Sunday 4 October) and “Herbarium vagans” the big itinerant exhibition of drawings between botany and art, in Orta San Giulio, Ameno and Miasino until 11 October.
