San Vito Patron Saint Festival

During the last two weeks of August, Omenga's piazzas, streets and its historic centre host events, free concerts, markets and charity initiatives.

The fireworks at the lake, accompanied by suggestive music, are the most anticipated event and attract huge crowds. The festival celebrates Saint Vito, who together with Saint Ambrogio is the town's patron saint. Celebrations include the Mass at the Collegiata church and the traditional procession carrying the urn with the saint's remains.
