Karton Kayak Lake (KKL) by night PINK EDITION
Omegna's Holidays has a fixture: the lake Orta Kayak race, strictly made of cardboardand duct tape.
The past seven “karton kayak lake” editions, all “made in forum”, involved many locals and tourists both contestants and bystanders, in a game that set off the local creativity and the beautiful landscapes.
The eighth edition, will take place on the 8th July 2018, at night and, thanks to the excellent cooperation between the Omegna Town Council and Spazio 3 network, will be a PINK EDITION!
The frame is inspired by the “Women Italian BikeTour”, where Omegna will be protagonist, a few days later!
Program:
at 3 p.m. - Admission
from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 – building of the canoes with the material provided by the organization
at 4 p.m.- pedalo’ race for children
from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.- dj set with Spazio3 network and Blue eyes project
from 9 p.m. to 11p.m. – night cardboard canoe race.
